Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 25, 2026

We want everyone on your team to be able to use EzyCrm, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

  • You can navigate and use EzyCrm with a keyboard.
  • Focused elements have a visible focus outline.
  • Text and interface colours are checked to meet AA contrast.
  • Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Form fields have labels.
  • Icons and controls include screen-reader text where they have no visible label.

Known limitations

  • The map in the route planner is not fully usable with a screen reader. The stop list next to it gives the same information (stops, order and addresses) in an accessible form.
  • Content from third parties, such as map tiles and connected services, may not fully meet our standard.

We test and fix issues as we build, and we're working to reduce these limitations.

Our commitment in Canada

We follow the spirit of the Accessible Canada Act: identifying, removing and preventing barriers. For customers in Ontario, we aim to support your obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) by keeping EzyCrm in line with WCAG 2.1 AA.

Report a barrier

If something in EzyCrm is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us at scanified@gmail.com. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use. We'll reply and work on a fix, and we can help you get the information you need in another way in the meantime.
