Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Evan Korial, based in Saskatchewan, Canada ("EzyCrm", "we", "us"), for using EzyCrm. You accept them by ticking the agreement box when you create an account or when we ask you to review an update; we keep a record of the version you agreed to and when. If you use EzyCrm for a company, you agree on behalf of that company, and "you" means both you and the company. If you don't agree, don't use EzyCrm.
Our Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Addendum form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information.
Who can use EzyCrm
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- EzyCrm is for business use. It is not offered to consumers for personal, family or household use.
- If you sign up for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Your account and workspace
Each company gets a workspace. Owners and admins can invite and remove members and control the workspace. Keep your password secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Tell us at scanified@gmail.com straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your data
You own the data you and your team put into EzyCrm, including contacts, deals, notes and files. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process and display that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you. We don't claim ownership of it and we don't sell it.
You are responsible for your data: that it is accurate, that you have the right to store it, and that you have a lawful basis (such as consent where required) to collect and use personal information about your contacts.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use EzyCrm to send spam, or to send commercial electronic messages without the consent and identification that Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and other anti-spam laws require.
- Store or collect personal information without a lawful basis to do so.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful or malicious, including malware.
- Try to access other workspaces or accounts, probe or test the service's security, or get around its limits.
- Reverse engineer, copy or decompile the software, except where the law allows it.
- Resell, sublicense or offer the service to others without our written permission.
- Overload or disrupt the service, or use it to break any law.
Third-party integrations
Some features connect to other services, such as Microsoft 365 / Outlook or OpenStreetMap maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for third-party services, and they may change or stop working.
AI assistant
The optional AI assistant is a separately priced add-on that we enable per workspace. Its answers are generated automatically by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. Review its output before you rely on it, especially before acting on it or sending it to anyone. You are responsible for how you use its output. As between you and us, you own the output it creates for your workspace.
Pricing and free trial
EzyCrm costs $19 CAD per user per month, plus applicable taxes. A user is anyone who is a member of your workspace during the month. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card required. The optional AI assistant is priced separately.
Online billing is not live yet, so nobody is being charged. Before billing starts we will tell workspace owners in advance, and we will not charge you unless you choose a plan and give us payment details. You can export your data and close your workspace at any time. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to workspace owners.
Our intellectual property
EzyCrm, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using EzyCrm at any time and delete your account or workspace from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will give notice first. We may also discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice to workspace owners. Sections that by their nature should continue after these terms end (including your data, intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) keep applying.
Your data when an account ends
Before you leave, you can export your contacts to CSV and download your attachments. When an account or workspace is deleted, its data is removed from the live database straight away, and backup copies are overwritten within 30 days. If we end the service or your access (other than for serious misuse), we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.
No warranty
EzyCrm is a new service and is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to EzyCrm, added together, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the first claim or CAD $100. These limits don't apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your data, your use of EzyCrm in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law, including anti-spam and privacy laws. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in defending it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Saskatchewan, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll tell workspace owners by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, and everyone will be asked to review and agree to the new version before continuing to use EzyCrm. If you don't agree, you can export your data and delete your account. Small changes that don't reduce your rights (such as fixing typos or adding a new optional feature) may take effect when posted. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated.
Notices and electronic communications
You agree that we can send notices about your account, these terms and the service by email to the address on your account or to the workspace owner, or by showing them in the app, and that these electronic notices and your electronic agreement have the same effect as signed paper documents. Send notices to us at the email below.
Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as outages at our hosting or database providers, internet failures, natural disasters, war or government action.
General
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't mean we waive it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to someone who takes over EzyCrm, and will tell you if we do. These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Processing Addendum and any terms we agree in writing are the whole agreement about EzyCrm. Headings are for convenience only.
